Work Begins on the 2nd Bed

The first strip bed gets planted with some of the early spring veggies.  We are now ready to prep the second bed where much of the summer plantings will go.

Planting Tomatoes

Today we planted:

7 tomato plants

6 - 'Early Girl'

1 - 'Bradley' (heirloom)

planted 2 more banana peppers

1 basil plant 'Thai'

1 thyme plant

1 basil plant 'Genovese'

3 plants of head lettuce
18 broccoli plants 'Early Dividend'
6 spinach plants 'Correnta'

Planted loose leaf lettuce seeds 'Salad Bowl'
